Support safe, supervised family visits and in-home programming for children and parents working toward reunification.

Provide individualized care, life-skills coaching, and emotional support to children and youth in our care homes.

What we look for
Qualifications & requirements
Successful candidates bring the right credentials and a genuine passion for walking alongside families. All offers are conditional on completed background checks.
Recognized child & youth care, social services, education, or related certification (CYCW, SSW, ECE, BSW, or equivalent).
Demonstrated experience working with children, youth, or families involved with child welfare.
Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector, Child Abuse Registry, and Adult Abuse Registry checks.
Valid Manitoba Class 5 driver's licence, reliable vehicle, and a clean driver's abstract.
Current First Aid & CPR-C certification.
Strong commitment to trauma-informed, culturally-safe, and family-centred practice.
