    Support safe, supervised family visits and in-home programming for children and parents working toward reunification.

What we look for

Qualifications & requirements

Successful candidates bring the right credentials and a genuine passion for walking alongside families. All offers are conditional on completed background checks.

  • Recognized child & youth care, social services, education, or related certification (CYCW, SSW, ECE, BSW, or equivalent).

  • Demonstrated experience working with children, youth, or families involved with child welfare.

  • Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector, Child Abuse Registry, and Adult Abuse Registry checks.

  • Valid Manitoba Class 5 driver's licence, reliable vehicle, and a clean driver's abstract.

  • Current First Aid & CPR-C certification.

  • Strong commitment to trauma-informed, culturally-safe, and family-centred practice.
