Meet the team
Our leadership team brings together decades of combined experience in family support, youth care, finance, and program development.

Director of Program Development
Janice is a Kookum from Bloodvein River First Nation and brings her Indigenous origin and background to all of her work. A trauma survivor and generational trauma counsellor with 31 years in the field as a youth care provider, she draws on deep lived experience—as a former child in care, a foster parent who works with birth families, and a family reunification worker. She is a trainer and guest speaker who creates programming that supports children and families, including Indigenous families.
Director of Finance and Human Resources
Eniola brings over a decade of banking expertise, complemented by a strong background in managing multi-location business operations. She holds an MBA from the University of Manitoba.

Director of Preservation and Visitation
Shaelie is a proud member of Skownan First Nation with seven years of experience in family support. Drawing from her own experience as a former child in care, she is passionate about walking alongside children and families as they navigate challenges, healing, and growth. For Shaelie, meaningful work is about making a positive difference in the lives of others and helping create stronger, healthier communities.
